** PREORDER/REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

** Exchanges are permissible to only preorder items. No refunds!

** There are some products indicated as "preorders" which means they have not been made yet and are currently not in stock.

** Preorders usually take between 3 - 4 weeks to be made and shipped. We do ask for your patience during this period.

** All sales are final for preorders. Preorder items are NOT refundable unless item is faulty. We will require proof of this. However, in some cases where we are not able to reach the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for preorders, we will reach out to you and would be given the option to EXCHANGE your item for any other item(s) in the store.
